Classic Swiss Cooking was founded with a singular passion: to preserve and share the authentic culinary heritage of Switzerland. What began as a small cooking workshop in Freienbach has grown into a dedicated community of food enthusiasts, chefs, and cultural preservationists.

Heidi Müller

Founder & Head Chef

Born in Graubünden, Heidi trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of Switzerland before working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe. She founded Classic Swiss Cooking to reconnect with her Alpine roots.

Team member 2

Claudia Rutishauser

Pastry Specialist

A third-generation pastry chef from Lucerne, Claudia specializes in traditional Swiss pastries and confections. Her mastery of chocolate work has earned her international recognition.

Thomas Zimmermann

Cheese Expert

With family roots in Swiss dairy farming, Thomas is our resident authority on Swiss cheeses. He conducts cheese tastings and workshops, sharing his encyclopedic knowledge of regional varieties.
